On this tour, alphabetical setlists weren't uncommon. Friend of mine caught them playing around this time (I had to miss) and they did the same thing. I remember him going on about it and then for months after, every time the Pixies came on or came up, someone would inevitably say "Didya know that Jim saw them play their setlist in alphabetical order???"
