Penetration - Race Against Time Official Bootleg and Peel sessions Out of Print Studio & FM Source Recordings @320
From the Dave Sez archive: Although Siouxsie and the Banshees and X-Ray Spex gained greater coverage as women-led punk bands, for me Penetration from Newcastle in Northern England were the better band: their track "Never Never" is right up there with the Pistols' "I Wanna Be Me" as a classic punk anthem, and only Pauline Murray could convincingly cover Patti Smith's "Free Money". Launched by their first single "Don't Dictate" in November 1977, the band would split in October 1979, soon after which they released the ultra-rare "Race Against Time" official vinyl bootleg of demos and live tracks. In 1995, this was re-released on CD with their 1978 and 1979 Peel sessions, a CD now long out of print. If you like classic UK punk, you should not miss this.

Notes:
JEMS master recording. Excellent sounding recording and a tight and energetic but short opening set. This show captures Dr Feelgood touring in support of their album Malpractice as an opening act for Starcastle and Santana. This show also features the original classic lineup for this band before it went through numerous lineup changes in subsequent years. If you like old fashioned Rock and Roll in the vein of early Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry then this show is a must download. These guys were one of best bands to come out of the British pub band scene of the early to mid 70s.
I had seen Dr. Feelgood play their first London show at the Marquee Club in 1974 and loved them! This is a great opening set show from them on their 1st (only?) U.S. tour.

There have been a TON of links posted in our comments by the one and only Dave Sez. Since most of you probably don't pay attention or are to lazy to check, here are the links in a post for you.
The Wonder fan site has an excellent articles collection (mostly text files), but many of my articles aren't yet available there. I finally got around to digitizing mine & making them available to other fans to download. Also, here's a link to a file of scans of my copy of "The Night", a poetry book(let) by Tom Verlaine & Patti Smith, published 1976:
